"Art is how I see. It pushes me to observe. It drives me to look. Look at, look on, look in, and look through all things I encounter. I create to give myself and those around me a different perspective of what it is to see."

The Work.
"My art style changes as often as my mind moves. My work, regardless of medium, stems from a large range of emotion, varying from wild whimsy, deeply macabre, free loving elation, to a strange combination of all."

When Lauren is not creating her own art, she works at a New Jersey public school teaching the visual arts to grades K-8.
